Feedback is acceptable only if
- You had the winning bid
- You ran a successful auction
- You sent verifiable payment
- You sent verifiable shipment
At least one of these events must have occured before you can leave feedback. In general you should wait until the
transaction is completed before leaving feedback. Only one feedback per transaction please.
